The Classic Prestige PRO 825 is Napoleon’s flagship cart grill — and the twin-head design is the feature that defines it. Instead of cramming every cooking method onto a single grate, the PRO 825 gives you two separate grill heads: one for conventional grilling and smoking, one dedicated entirely to high-heat infrared searing. Ten burners. 123,000 BTUs. Over 1,200 square inches of cooking space. This is what a complete outdoor cooking station looks like in a single grill.

Two Heads, Every Cooking Method

The main grill head runs four stainless steel tube burners for conventional grilling, along with a dedicated smoker burner and integrated wood chip tray for adding smoke without swapping equipment. The secondary hood houses two 14,000 BTU infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ burners capable of reaching 1,800°F for steakhouse-quality searing — with a separate 8,000 BTU warming burner between them to hold food at temperature once it comes off the sear. An 18,000 BTU infrared rear rotisserie burner and included commercial-grade rotisserie kit round out the main head for slow, even roasting.

The value of this setup is what you can do simultaneously. Sear steaks on the infrared head while a whole chicken rotates on the rear burner. Smoke ribs low and slow on the main burners while keeping finished sides warm in the secondary zone. The PRO 825 doesn’t make you choose between cooking methods — it runs them all at once.

The Power Side Burner

The two-stage power side burner adds a dimension that most grills skip entirely. The reversible cast iron concave grate cradles a wok perfectly for high-heat stir fry — flip it over and it handles standard pots and pans for sauces, boils, and anything that needs a dedicated flame away from the grill surface. At 17,000 BTUs, it produces enough heat to actually work a wok properly, not just warm things up.

Built-In Smoking

The integrated wood chip smoker tray pulls out for easy loading and has its own dedicated 8,000 BTU burner to generate consistent smoke. Add chips, dial in the temperature on the main burners, and the PRO 825 runs as a smoker without any additional equipment or workarounds. It’s one of the features that separates the 825 from every other grill in the PRO lineup.

PRO-Level Details

The LED Spectrum NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs cycle through the full color spectrum and lock to any color you choose — not just red and blue. SafetyGlow still turns them red when a burner is running, so there’s always a clear visual on what’s lit. Proximity lighting projects a Napoleon logo hologram in front of the grill when you step up to it — unique to the PRO series and genuinely impressive at night.

Interior halogen lights illuminate the cooking surface when the hood is up. The enclosed storage cabinet underneath is lit and fitted with soft-close doors that keep wear off the hinges year after year. The right side shelf integrates an ice bucket and cutting board — drinks stay cold, prep surface stays close, and the side shelves stay clear.

Built to PRO Standards

The 9.5mm WAVE™ cast stainless steel cooking grids are virtually maintenance-free and built for the kind of heat and use the PRO 825 demands. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates beneath the grids vaporize drippings before they cause flare-ups and protect the tube burners below. The same high-quality 304 stainless steel runs through the exterior body, basin, burners, sear plates, and grids. Chrome accents add a polished finish that holds up to the elements.

The ACCU-Probe temperature gauge in the hood provides an accurate read on cooking temperature without lifting the lid. JETFIRE™ battery-free ignition lights every burner instantly — no failed clicks, no dead batteries mid-cook.

Propane or Natural Gas

The Classic Prestige PRO 825 is available in both propane and natural gas. Propane gives you tank flexibility. Natural gas connects directly to a gas line for a permanent outdoor kitchen setup with no tanks to manage.
