Infrared Searing, Done Right

The Prestige 500 solves that with its infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner — capable of reaching steakhouse-level temperatures for a proper crust. Use the main burners to cook everything else while the side burner handles your high-heat work. No juggling, no compromising.

The rear infrared rotisserie burner adds another dimension entirely. The included heavy-duty rotisserie kit lets you run slow, even roasts — whole chickens, leg of lamb, prime rib — while the rest of the grill stays open for sides.

The Prestige 500 is crafted in Canada from durable, rust-resistant stainless steel — and that quality doesn’t stop at the exterior. The tube burners, sear plates, and cooking grids are all solid 304 stainless steel, meaning the components that take the most heat and grease are the same ones built to last the longest.

Dual-level stainless steel sear plates distribute heat evenly, prevent hot spots, and protect the tube burners from grease and flare-ups. Michigan winters and summers both take a toll on outdoor equipment. The Prestige 500 is built to handle both without rusting out or breaking down after a few seasons.
