The Rogue 525 is the natural next step from the Rogue 425 — more burners, more cooking surface, more total BTU output, in the same practical folding side shelf design that makes the Rogue series work for real outdoor spaces. No infrared side burner, no rear burner. Just a clean, capable four-burner gas grill built with Napoleon’s quality and backed by a 15-year warranty.

Four Burners, More Room

Four main stainless steel tube burners span a 28.75-inch primary cooking surface, producing 48,000 BTUs across 525 square inches of primary grilling space. That’s a meaningful step up from the Rogue 425’s three burners and 42,000 BTUs — more heat to spread across a wider grate, with room to cook up to 32 burgers at once on the main surface.

The warming rack adds cooking space above the main grate, bringing total area to 711 square inches. Four individually controlled burners give you the flexibility to set up a proper two-zone cook — direct high heat on one side, lower indirect heat on the other — without anything crowding anything else. It’s a setup that handles everything from quick weeknight burgers to longer indirect cooks on the same grill.

WAVE™ Grids That Perform

The Rogue 525 is available with porcelainized cast iron WAVE™ grids or stainless steel WAVE™ grids depending on the finish you choose. Cast iron holds heat better than stainless, which translates to more consistent cooking temperatures across the surface and more defined sear marks on food. The stainless steel version is virtually maintenance-free and built for long-term corrosion resistance. Both use Napoleon’s signature WAVE™ shape — designed to maximize contact with food, keep smaller items from falling through, and produce the sear marks Napoleon grills are known for.

Dual-level stainless steel sear plates beneath the grids sit in a staggered configuration for even heat distribution across the full cooking surface. They vaporize drippings before they reach the burners, controlling flare-ups and keeping food moist through the cook. It’s one of those details that makes a consistent difference in how the grill performs over time.

Built to Handle Outdoor Use

The cast aluminum firebox is built for corrosion resistance and long-term structural durability — the same material used across the full Rogue lineup. The stainless steel version features a rust-resistant stainless exterior. The black version uses a durable porcelain enamel lid and powder-coated body that blends easily into any outdoor setup and resists fingerprints and weather equally well.

The upgraded ACCU-Probe™ temperature gauge has a redesigned bezel that reduces fogging and condensation, giving you a clear, accurate read on hood temperature throughout your cook — a 2025 improvement that’s a genuine upgrade over the previous gauge design.

Space-Smart Design

The folding side shelves open for prep and staging and fold flat when you need to reclaim clearance — a design that works on a compact patio, a balcony, or anywhere outdoor space has to pull double duty. Both shelves include integrated tool hooks that keep tongs, brushes, and accessories within reach without cluttering the work surface.

Napoleon’s roll-top lid retains heat efficiently and opens without extending past the back of the grill — useful in any setup where rear clearance is limited. Locking caster wheels hold the grill steady when it’s parked and roll smoothly when you need to reposition it. JETFIRE™ battery-free ignition lights every burner with a direct jet of flame — no batteries to manage, no repeated clicking before the burners catch.

Two Finishes

The Rogue 525 is available in stainless steel and black. The stainless version uses 7.5mm stainless steel WAVE™ grids and a rust-resistant stainless exterior. The black version uses porcelainized cast iron WAVE™ grids — offering superior heat retention — with a porcelain enamel lid and powder-coated body. Same grill, two different finishes and grid materials, both built to the same standard.

Where It Fits

The Rogue 525 is the second rung of the base Rogue lineup — more cooking surface than the Rogue 425, no infrared burners.
