Using a thermocouple valve, the Flame Table automatically shuts off the gas when the flame goes out, so no gas is lost when the flame is extinguished by a breeze or if you forget to turn off the gas after you’re done. A superbly crafted, strong metal casing protects the tank from view (propane models). With the optional windshield, the flames are protected from the wind by the drainage holes in the burner pan.
