The Rogue PRO-S 425 is built for everyone else — the balcony griller, the smaller patio, the backyard setup where space is tight but expectations aren’t. Five burners, infrared searing, rear rotisserie capability, and Napoleon’s signature build quality in a footprint that actually fits where you live.

More Burners Than You’d Expect

The PRO-S 425 runs five burners in a package this size: three main stainless steel tube burners producing the bulk of the grill’s 70,500 BTU output, an upgraded 3-tile infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner, and a rear infrared rotisserie burner. That’s two infrared burners on a grill with a 425 square inch primary cooking surface — a combination you don’t typically find at this size.

The SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner reaches 1800°F for proper steakhouse searing. It also functions as a standard gas side burner for sauces, sides, and anything that needs a dedicated flame separate from the main grate. The rear infrared burner is purpose-built for rotisserie cooking — slow, even, rotating heat that produces results a standard rear burner can’t replicate. A heavy-duty rotisserie kit is available separately.

716 Square Inches in a Compact Package

The main cooking area is 425 square inches — enough for 26 burgers at once — with an additional stainless steel warming rack bringing total cooking space to 716 square inches. For a grill with a folding side shelf designed to fit balconies and smaller patios, that’s a lot of usable grill.

The folding right side shelf tucks away when you need to reclaim space and opens up with integrated tool hooks when you’re cooking. The left side shelf stays fixed and includes a built-in bottle opener. Locking caster wheels make it easy to move and stable when it’s time to cook.

Napoleon’s WAVE™ Grids

The 7.5mm WAVE™ stainless steel cooking grids are virtually maintenance-free and shaped to maximize contact with food for consistent heat transfer and Napoleon’s signature sear marks. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates beneath the grids catch and vaporize drippings before they reach the burners — controlling flare-ups, protecting the burners, and keeping food moist through the cook.

The cast aluminum firebox is built for durability and corrosion resistance, designed to hold up in outdoor conditions year after year. Michigan winters don’t exclude smaller grills from weather exposure, and the PRO-S 425 is built accordingly.

Details That Matter

JETFIRE™ battery-free ignition lights every burner reliably with a single spark — no batteries to fail, no repeated clicking. SafetyGlow™ LED knobs glow blue when off and turn red when any burner is running, giving you a clear visual on what’s lit whether it’s midday or after dark. The upgraded ACCU-Probe™ temperature gauge in the hood has been redesigned to reduce fogging and condensation, giving you a more accurate read on cooking temperature throughout your cook. A magnetic door latch — exclusive to the 425 models — keeps the cabinet closed securely every time.

The roll-top lid uses Napoleon’s space-saving design to maximize heat retention without extending past the back of the grill, a practical feature for tighter setups where rear clearance matters.

Propane or Natural Gas

The Rogue PRO-S 425 is available in both propane and natural gas. If you’re on a balcony or patio without a gas line, propane is the straightforward solution. If you have a natural gas hookup at your outdoor space, the natural gas model connects cleanly without the need for a tank. Where It Fits

The PRO-S 425 is the right grill for anyone who wants serious infrared performance — both a SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner and a rear rotisserie burner — without committing to the footprint of a larger cart grill.
