The Rogue PRO 625 is where the Rogue PRO lineup tops out — the most burners, the most cooking surface, and the most BTU output in the series, still wrapped in the practical folding side shelf design that defines the Rogue PRO line. If you want full-size output from a Rogue PRO without stepping into the PRO-S series, this is it. Available in stainless steel or black.

Six Burners, Full Coverage

Five main stainless steel tube burners span a 34.75-inch primary cooking surface, producing 60,000 BTUs. The upgraded 3-tile infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner adds another 14,000 BTUs for a combined 74,000 BTUs across six burners total. That’s enough heat to run the grill at full capacity — direct high-heat grilling on one side, lower indirect heat on the other, and the SIZZLE ZONE™ running independently for searing — without anything competing for temperature or space.

The SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner reaches the extreme temperatures needed for a real infrared sear. The kind of caramelized crust that forms at those heat levels isn’t achievable on a standard tube burner — the infrared ceramic element does it in seconds. It also doubles as a standard gas side burner for sauces, sides, and anything else that needs its own dedicated flame.

988 Square Inches to Work With

The primary cooking area is 625 square inches — wide enough for a serious crowd. Add the stainless steel warming rack above and total cooking space reaches 988 square inches, enough to cook up to 39 burgers at once on the main grate while keeping finished food warm above. Five individually controlled main burners give you precise heat management across that entire surface, so you’re running the temperatures each food actually needs rather than compromising everything to one setting.

The step up from the PRO 525 is one additional main burner, a wider primary surface, and more total BTU output. The footprint is larger, but the design is the same — folding side shelf, roll-top lid, enclosed cart.

Two Finishes, Same Core Build

The Rogue PRO 625 is available in stainless steel and black. The stainless version features rust-resistant stainless steel cooking grids and a stainless exterior built for long-term outdoor exposure. The black version uses a durable black porcelain enamel lid and doors with black powder coat on the control panel and side shelves — fingerprint resistant, weather tough, and sharp looking.

Both share the same construction underneath: cast aluminum firebox for corrosion resistance, WAVE™ stainless steel cooking grids for consistent heat and Napoleon’s signature sear marks, and dual-level stainless steel sear plates with a staggered design for even heat distribution and effective flare-up control.

Practical Details Done Right

JETFIRE™ battery-free ignition fires every burner with a single spark, reliably, without batteries to replace or clicks to count. White backlit control knobs give you clear visibility after dark — you can see at a glance which burners are running and make adjustments without guessing. The upgraded ACCU-Probe™ temperature gauge uses a redesigned bezel to reduce fogging and condensation, giving you an accurate hood temperature read throughout the cook.

The folding right side shelf provides prep and staging space when you need it and folds flat when you don’t — important on patios where every foot of clearance matters. The fixed left side shelf includes a built-in bottle opener. Napoleon’s roll-top lid retains heat efficiently and opens without extending past the back of the grill, keeping rear clearance tight. Locking caster wheels hold the grill steady when it’s parked and roll smoothly when you need to move it.

The Rogue PRO 625 is the top of the Rogue PRO line — the largest cooking surface and most burners in the series without a rear burner.
