Most grills top out at six burners. The PRO 665 runs eight: five main stainless steel tube burners, an infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner, a dedicated smoker burner, and an infrared rear rotisserie burner — all producing a combined 99,000 BTUs across 1,140 square inches of total cooking area. That’s enough grill to run every cooking method simultaneously without anything competing for space or heat.

The main burners deliver even, consistent heat across the full width of the grate. The SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner reaches the extreme temperatures needed for a real steakhouse sear and doubles as a standard gas burner for sauces, sides, and anything else that needs a dedicated flame. The rear infrared rotisserie burner powers the included commercial-grade rotisserie kit for slow, even roasting of whole chickens, roasts, and anything else worth the patience.

Built-In Smoking

The dedicated smoker burner and integrated smoker tray are what separate the PRO 665 from every other grill in the Prestige lineup. Add wood chips, close the lid, and the PRO 665 becomes a smoker — no separate equipment, no rigging up a workaround. Smoke brisket, ribs, pork shoulder, salmon, or anything else that benefits from low, slow, wood-smoke heat while the rest of the grill stays available for everything else.

PRO-Level Features Throughout

The LED Spectrum NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs don’t just glow red and blue — they cycle through the full color spectrum and can be locked to any color you choose. The SafetyGlow feature still turns them red when a burner is on, but nighttime entertaining on the PRO 665 looks different from a standard grill.

Proximity lighting detects when you step up to the grill and projects a Napoleon logo hologram in front of it — a detail that’s genuinely impressive and completely unique to the PRO series. Interior halogen lights illuminate the cooking surface when the hood is up, so you’re not guessing at doneness after dark.

The enclosed storage cabinet underneath features interior lighting and soft-close doors that prevent slamming and keep the hinges working the way they should after years of regular use. The right side shelf integrates an ice bucket and cutting board, keeping drinks cold and giving you a dedicated prep surface without taking up extra patio space.

Built to PRO Standards

The 9.5mm thick WAVE™ cast stainless steel cooking grids are heavier than what you’ll find on the standard Prestige line — more mass means better heat retention, more consistent sear marks, and longer-lasting performance. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates underneath vaporize drippings before they reach the burners, controlling flare-ups and keeping food moist throughout a long cook. Chrome accents on the exterior add a luxury finish to an already sharp-looking grill.

The ACCU-Probe temperature gauge in the hood gives you an accurate read on cooking temperature without lifting the lid. Battery-free JETFIRE™ ignition lights every burner immediately and reliably — no batteries to fail mid-season, no multiple clicks before the flame catches.

Propane or Natural Gas

The Legacy Prestige PRO 665 is available in both propane and natural gas. If you’re running a permanent outdoor kitchen with a direct gas line, the natural gas model is the cleaner, more cost-efficient long-term solution.
