Under the lid, the Phantom runs the same high-output system as the Prestige 500. Six burners total — 4 main stainless steel tube burners, an infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner, and an infrared rear rotisserie burner — producing a combined 82,000 BTUs. That’s enough heat to run multiple cooking methods simultaneously across a generous cooking area without anything suffering for space or temperature.

The infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner reaches the kind of high temperatures needed for a proper sear — the kind of crust you’d expect from a steakhouse, not a backyard grill. Use it for steaks, chops, or anything that benefits from fast, intense heat while the main burners handle the rest of the spread.

The rear infrared burner powers the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit for slow, even roasting — whole chickens, roasts, and anything else that deserves that kind of patience and heat.
