Three Sizes, One Build Standard

The 26″ model is Delta Heat’s most compact built-in option — two 18-gauge stainless steel U-Burners, 420 square inches of primary cooking area, and the full Delta Heat feature set in a footprint that fits tighter outdoor kitchen islands or secondary grill stations. It’s the right choice when space is the primary constraint but quality isn’t negotiable.

The 32″ model steps up to three U-Burners and 525 square inches of primary cooking surface — enough for a full family cook or a medium-sized gathering — with the option to add a rear infrared rotisserie burner for slow spit roasting. The 38″ is Delta Heat’s largest standard built-in, with three U-Burners and 625 square inches of primary cooking surface, and includes the infrared rear rotisserie burner standard. An oversized adjustable warming rack adds secondary cooking space on every model.

All three share the same seamless welded 304 stainless steel housing, ceramic briquette system, blue LED control knobs, interior halogen lighting, and double-lined hood. The choice between them is about how much cooking surface your outdoor kitchen calls for.

Ceramic Briquette Radiant Heat

The ceramic briquette flame tamers above the U-Burners are one of Delta Heat’s defining performance features. Ceramic briquettes absorb heat from the burners and radiate it back up to the cooking surface more evenly than direct flame — producing fewer hot spots, fewer cold zones, and a more consistent cooking environment across the full grate. When drippings hit the hot briquettes, they vaporize, infusing flavor back into the food and controlling flare-ups without intervention.

U-Burners Built for Even Output

Delta Heat’s 18-gauge stainless steel U-Burners are shaped to wrap heat evenly beneath the full width of the cooking surface. The U-shape eliminates the coverage gaps that straight tube burners leave at the edges of the grate, producing consistent heat from side to side and reducing the cold zones that cause uneven cooking. Combined with the ceramic briquette layer above them, the result is a cooking environment that performs closer to a commercial kitchen setup than a standard residential built-in grill.

Optional Infrared Sear Burner

The 32″ and 38″ models are available with an optional infrared sear zone upgrade — a high-heat infrared burner that replaces one of the standard U-Burners to create a dedicated searing station within the grill. For anyone building an outdoor kitchen around serious cooking, the sear burner upgrade adds the kind of high-heat searing capability that most built-in grills only offer as a separate side burner. A sear zone kit is also available separately for the 26″ model.
